NRAS Incentive Increases to $9,981

New NRAS incentive arrangment released recently. The tax-free annual incentive has been incresed from $9,524 to $9,981 effective from 1st of May 2012. The Federal Government contributes $7,486 while the State Government contributes $2,495. The Housing Group CPI for NRAS year 1 May 2012 - 30 April 2013 for Melbourne is 4%.
