NRAS Incentive Increased to $10,350

The NRAS incentive for investors has been increased to $10,350 from $9,981 last year.  This was due to indexation of 3.7% from the rent component of inflation. 

 

Originally when NRAS was introduced in 2008-09 it was only $8,000.
