I am delighted to announce that I (Alice Chan) have purchased Four C Realty’s real estate agency business.  As a co-director and officer in effective control of Four C Realty since 25 March 2008,  I look forward to continuing Four C Realty’s strong business relationship with all of you. 

I understand that you may have been informed that a company known as Four C Group Pty Ltd is associated with Four C Realty.  That information is incorrect. Four C Group Pty Ltd and its director, Yin (Ian) Chen, are presently subject to orders of the Federal Court in relation to these matters (The Original Court Order for your as reference).  Also Yin (Ian) Chen, Isabelle Lily Huang, Jingwen (Emily) Chen and Boris Srbinoski has left our company since September 2013 and they are no longer in the position to represent Four C Realty. Please be sure to not reveal any information to inactive employees who are no longer working for Four C. All enquiries or requests for further information should be appointed directly to Four C Realty.
