Four C Realty Has Been Granted as the First Chinese NRAS Appointed Management Agent in Australia

 Four C Realty has been proudly granted as the first Chinese NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) Management Agent in Victoria on 30th August 2012.

This is a milestone for us as we have been get involved in NRAS study and promotion when the scheme was first launched in Queensland in 2008. In 2011, Victoria Government approved NRAS and the scheme got started in Victoria. Four C Realty helped the investor in Victoria got the first Government NRAS incentive.  

Since Four C has been one of the managment agent, we can offer service which is more transparent, quicker, more comprehensive for our clients.
