China-Australia Property Investment Introduction Conference Completed

Four C Realty held a China-Australia Property Investment Introduction Conference on 19^th of November. Thanks for the support from governments, business partners and friends in every field, this conference completed successfully.

Secretary General of Nanjing Real Estate Development and Construction Committee, Mr Zhang Hui, gave a talk about current Nanjing property market trend and investment strategies. He said that China is under economy restructure, so that China-Australia property market has a very promising future.

Australia Consulate, Mr Liu Chang, introduced Australian society, education, politics and economy generally. His speech was quite humorous so that audience all listened with great interest.

Then, Australia appointed NRAS project agent, Mr Malcolm, and Executive Director of Four C Realty, Mr Ian Chen, detailed the project in simply language. After that, Ian gave an account of Australia property investment market and prospect.

At the same time, the solicitors of Australia Henley Legal, Ms Jean Xu, and the financier of D.Y. Home Loan, Ms Linda Lin, explained related legal issues and overseas loan issues.

The last speechmaker was the General Manager of Welltrend Immigration Company China, Ms Chao Yang. She shared her own experience and professional knowledge with the audience, and analysed the advantage and condition of immigrating Australia.

Last but not least, Four C Realty Chef Representative of China, Mr Jerry Zhang, drew the winners of Hebe Bay Wine in Lucky Draw section.

Apart from establishing a very good image in China, Four C Realty successfully brought the investment concepts and projects to China. Hopefully, the conference can help more Chinese investors to step forward in overseas market.
